Kinky homages

Bosch, Schiele and Klimt through the prism of this erotic, sex and fetish culture. Illustrator Anna Roschker puts a twist on classic works of art.

Text by Polina Korneeva

Anna is a Berlin design student from Graz, Austria who describes herself as an artist, maker & cat caretaker. In her artworks she shows how does it really feel to be a modern “big city girl”: struggling with social networks, being surrounded by assholes, escaping from reality, and bravely fighting through life.

Needless to say, Germany’s capital is intense. Its “Berghain as a modern Sunday church” lifestyle and fetish culture found its place at Anna’s works. In this new series she is discovering her sexuality and escaping her comfort zone, going through limitless sex adventure. Check the whole series of classics-turned-kinky artworks below, and support Anna’s Kickstarter to make her graphic novel about the hardships and joys of moving into a new city happen!
